"Even if you think you have heard it all before, you will still greatly benefit from having P2P come and evaluate your church and talk with your leaders. I worked with Andy McAdams many years ago and have taught the leaders of Grace Bible Church here the principles Andy taught me back then, but until I had him come to New York a couple of years ago to work with our leaders personally and make an evaluation of the church, many of those ideas, including the ones that were made into policy, still did not go very far. Hearing it from someone else greatly helped our men to understand and implement growth. We are finally seeing a substantial part of the church involved in personal discipleship and reaching out to others that have believed and were baptised."
