"A little over a year ago, another pastor suggested we have a church consultant come in and evaluate how we’re doing things. In that year, we began a one-to-one mentoring program and evaluated small group models. Our attendance ventured up and down. And then one day I got a call from a pastor friend of mine. He mentioned a fellow named Andy whom he thought might be helpful.

"As it turned out, the vision of Pastor 2 Pastors coincided with the vision God had given us, so we’ve welcomed Andy to help us evaluate our processes. While we were doing well, we had slipped in a few areas, and Andy has been very good in helping us think outside the box and in reminding us of a few things we had known but had forgotten because of the daily grind.

"When Andy spoke to our leaders they left excited about what God is doing. He helped us with practical ways of developing processes that would further strengthen our church so that we can better obey God’s command to make disciples.
